Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group (HKG:2163) said Tan Xinming, an executive director, was elected the company's chairman, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Tan takes over the position from Zhang Jian.
Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since March 21.
