Cinda International Buys Bonds

Cinda International (HKG:0111) acquired three bonds between Oct. 24 and Monday, Oct. 27, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the asset manager were down 2% in Tuesday afternoon trading.

The firm acquired 30 million yuan each of 6.95% bonds due July 25, 2027, issued by Shandong Hesheng Investment, and 6.9% bonds due March 7, 2027, issued by Weifang Guokong Development Group.

The company paid around 29 million yuan for each purchase.

Additionally, $550,000 of 6.9% bonds issued by Zibo Zichuan Finance and maturing Feb. 28, 2028, were purchased for $520,000.
