Odaily星球日报讯 OpenAI 周二宣布已完成资本重组，确立其作为非营利机构控股营利业务的结构。OpenAI 示，其非营利机构现更名为 OpenAI 基金会（OpenAI Foundation），并持有其营利部门约 1300 亿美元的股权。OpenAI 称，其营利部门现已成为一家公益性公司，名为 OpenAI Group PBC。在新结构下，OpenAI 基金会将持有营利部门 26%的股份，现任和前任员工及投资者合计持有 47%。微软自 2019 年起投资 OpenAI，累计投入超过 130 亿美元。微软表示支持此次重组，并称其在 Open AI Group PBC 的投资现估值约 1350 亿美元，相当于公司稀释后股份的 27%。OpenAI 在一篇博文中写道：“OpenAI 作为公司越成功，非营利机构的股权价值就越高，而这些价值将用于资助其公益事业。”(金十)
