Hong Kong Court Dismisses Winding-Up Petition Against Jiyi

Jiyi (HKG:1495) said the Hong Kong High Court has dismissed a winding-up petition filed against the company, according to an Oct. 24 Hong Kong bourse filing.

The petitioner had claimed HK$325,967 of wages in arrears, unpaid annual leave, and reimbursement of disbursements in interest accrued up to June 30.

Trading in Jiyi's shares has been suspended since April 2, 2024, and will remain halted until further notice, the statement said.
