Dalian Friendship to Set Up Two Subsidiaries

Dalian Friendship Group (SHE:000679) plans to establish two subsidiaries that will take over the assets and operations of five branches, according to a Shenzhen bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
The planned subsidiaries, Dalian Friendship Mall and Dalian Jinpu New Area Friendship Mall, will have a registered capital of 60 million yuan and 11 million yuan, respectively.
The five branches under Dalian Friendship Group will be deregistered after their assets and operations are taken over. The company will also deregister two more branches, Foreign Vessel Supply Company and Xingang Foreign Vessel Supply Company.
Chinese retail and real estate developer's shares slipped over 1% during the morning trade.
