Nuix Agrees to Acquire France-Based Tech Provider

Nuix (ASX:NXL) agreed to acquire technology partner Linkurious for a maximum enterprise value of AU$35.4 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will pay an upfront cash payment of AU$22.1 million, AU$4.4 million in the form of shares, and a further AU$8.8 million contingent payment, the filing said.
The upfront payment of AU$22.1 million, transaction fees of AU$3.5 million, and asset adjustment fees of AU$4.4 million will be funded by debt and cash on hand, the filing added.
The conditional deal is expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2026, the company said.
Shares of the company rose 2% in recent Thursday trade.
