AsiaPhos (SGX:5WV) agreed to extend the term sheet termination date to Dec. 15 in connection with the acquisition of a 97.41% stake in Exquisite Mode from United Malayan Land, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The extension was agreed since both parties remain locked in negotiations and are interested to proceed with the acquisition, the filing siad.
