Opple Lighting (SHA:603515) has appointed Wang Haiyan as chief financial officer, succeeding Zhang Xuejuan, who resigned due to personal reasons.
Wang previously served as the company's senior finance manager, and since 2013 has been head of the financial shared services center, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the lighting products maker were down 2% in recent trade.
