Downer EDI (ASX:DOW, NZE:DOW) repurchased 131,342 of its ordinary, fully-paid shares in an on-market buyback on Wednesday, according to filings with the Australian and New Zealand bourses on Thursday.
The company paid a total consideration of a little over AU$1 million, the filing said. It plans to buy back up to 33.6 million shares.
