Downer EDI (ASX:DOW,NZE:DOW) repurchased 61,214 of its ordinary, fully-paid shares in an on-market buyback on Monday, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The company paid a total consideration of AU$488,567, the filing said. It plans to buy back up to 33.6 million shares.
