Texhong International to Procure Services for Production Facilities in Vietnam

Texhong International Group (HKG:2678) entered into a master agreement with Texhong Industrial Park Vietnam for services related to certain production facilities at Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park and Ports in Vietnam for three years, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The contract will become effective Jan. 1, 2026, and expire Dec. 31, 2028, according to the yarn producer.
Under the contract, Texhong Industrial Park Vietnam will provide wastewater treatment services, supply utilities, and charge photovoltaic power plant power management service fees to the firm.
Texhong Industrial Park Vietnam is an associate of Hong Tianzhu, the chairman of Texhong International.
