Dongfeng Motor Renews Services Agreement With Controlling Shareholder

Dongfeng Motor Group (HKG:0489) renewed a number of service agreements with its majority shareholder Dongfeng Motor Corp., according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
The automaker renewed its logistics, automobile inspection, lease, and financial services agreement with Dongfeng Motor for a year until Dec. 31, 2026.
Separately, the firm entered into an agreement with Nissan Import and Export (Guangzhou) to export vehicles and parts to the overseas market.
Nissan Import and Export is Dongfeng Motor's joint venture partner in Dongfeng Motor Co.
