Transcenta (HKG:6628) granted two million award shares to one employee under a 2022 incentive scheme, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The shares were granted as a recognition of expanded responsibilities with a promotion in the R&D organization and to incentivize the grantee.
The biopharmaceutical company now has over 1.4 million shares each available for future grant under the scheme mandate limit and service provider sublimit.
