Cheerwin Group (HKG:6601) said it agreed to acquire Hebei Kangda for HK$495 million, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares of the household insecticides and repellents maker were up 2% at close on Friday.
Hebei Kangda operates in the insecticides space, and the acquisition will help with Cheerwin's market competitiveness, the firm said.
