NEXTDC (ASX:NXT) said the BlackRock Group boosted its stake in the firm to 6.27% as of Tuesday from 5.25% previously, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
BlackRock now holds over 40.2 million votes in the firm.
NEXTDC's shares rose 1% in recent trading on Thursday.
