Equinor Awards $9.9 Billion in Supplier Framework Agreements

Equinor (EQNR) said Thursday it awarded 12 new framework agreements to seven supplier firms to support maintenance and modifications at its various facilities.
The contracts have a total estimated value of approximately 100 billion Norwegian kroner ($9.9 billion) and are scheduled to begin during H1. The company said the agreements carry a five-year duration with options for further extensions.
To maintain production levels through 2035, Equinor said it intends to invest between 60 billion kroner and 70 billion kroner every year in field development.
