Protesters Gather Outside Manhattan Courthouse Ahead of Maduro Hearing -- WSJ

Police barricaded the sidewalks and some streets around the federal courthouse in lower Manhattan where Nicolás Maduro is set to be arraigned Monday.

Dozens of protesters gathered across the street from the courthouse. Some held signs that said "U.S.A. Hands Off Venezuela." Police officers at one point separated some demonstrators from each other.
