Amazon Pharmacy has begun offering Novo Nordisk's Wegovy weight-loss pill through insurance plans and cash-pay options.
Customers with commercial insurance will pay a minimum of $25 for a one-month supply, while the cost for those without insurance starts at $149 a month.
The Food and Drug Administration approved the oral pill form of Wegovy, a GLP-1, last month.
GLP-1 is a natural hormone that helps to regulate blood sugar and appetite.
Analysts have said that oral forms of GLP-1 drugs could expand access because they are cheaper to produce and could draw needle-averse patients.
