Meilleure Health to Acquire Chinese Property Leasing Firm for HK$137 Million

Meilleure Health International Industry Group (HKG:2327) agreed to acquire Chinese property leasing firm Jiangsu Yide for around HK$137 million, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
The real estate company is buying the firm from U-Home Group and Tan Wensheng.
U-Home is owned by Zhou Xuzhou, a controlling shareholder of Meilleure Health.
Jiangsu Yide holds 17 commercial properties, three residential properties and 34 car parking spaces with an aggregate gross floor area of 5,306.36 square meters in China's Nanjing.
