CorMedix (CRMD) reported Q4 preliminary net revenue on Thursday, a touch below the average analyst estimate compiled by FactSet, and its forecast range for full-year 2026 sales also missed consensus.

Shares of the health care firm sank 33% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 19 million from a daily average of about 2.78 million.

Acuity (AYI) shares sank 14% after the lighting and building management solutions provider left its full-year adjusted earnings and sales outlook unchanged, taking the shine off its fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings beat.

More than 822,000 shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 249,000.

Genelux (GNLX) said Thursday it priced an underwritten public offering of about 6.67 million shares at $3 each, targeting gross proceeds of roughly $20.0 million.

Shares of the biopharmaceutical company slumped 18% as intraday trading volume soared to over 1.23 million from a daily average of about 237,000.
