0354 GMT - Property company Hongkong Land and real-estate services agency PropNex could serve as tactical profit-taking opportunities among Singapore's real-estate stocks, say DBS Group Research analysts in commentary. Both stocks are trading above the analysts' 12-month target prices following recent rallies. While sector stocks covered by the bank started the year strongly with some large-caps outperforming the FTSE Straits Times Index year-to-date, the analysts expect the pace of gains to moderate. This is despite drivers, such as Singapore residential-sales momentum, remaining intact, they add. DBS likes asset manager CapitaLand Investment and real-estate group Frasers Property, as their valuations haven't caught up to peers', while developer GuocoLand has the potential to unlock value through restructuring alongside its resilient property-development business.
