CGS Gets China Regulator Nod for 30 Billion Yuan Bond Issue

China Galaxy Securities or CGS (HKG:6881, SHA:601881) obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the registration of up to 30 billion yuan of corporate bonds, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The securities broker may issue the bonds publicly to professional investors in multiple tranches within 24 months.
