China Galaxy Securities or CGS (HKG:6881, SHA:601881) completed the issue of 4 billion yuan of short-term commercial paper on Wednesday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
The commercial paper has a term of 307 days and a final coupon rate of 1.71%.
The securities broker will use proceeds to replenish working capital.
