Qantas Airways Launches Major Upgrade of Regional Lounges

Qantas Airways (ASX:QAN) launched a major refresh of seven regional lounges across Australia, part of a multi-million-dollar investment to upgrade the travel experience for regional passengers, the airline said in a statement on Thursday.
The upgrades will feature modern interiors with new color palettes inspired by local landscapes, improved seating, refined finishes, and enhanced technology, such as additional charging points and entertainment displays.
The lounges in Rockhampton, Gladstone, Kalgoorlie, Tamworth, Coffs Harbour, Mackay, and Karratha will be temporarily closed while the upgrades are carried out, the company added.
