Zhejiang Yongtai Technology (SHE:002326) plans to place shares to acquire an additional 25% equity in Shaowu Yongtai High-Tech Materials, according to a Monday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
Contemporary Amperex Technology (SHE:300750, HKG:3750) currently owns the targeted stake.
The fluorine-containing fine chemicals company already owns 75% of Yongtai High-Tech.
The trading in Yongtai's shares is currently suspended to give way to the announcement.
