Basic loss per share narrowed to 0.20 yuan from 0.21 yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Operating revenue rose 25% year over year to 2.65 billion yuan from 2.12 billion yuan.
Shares of the semiconductor company were down 3% in recent trade.
