Accelerant Q4 Revenue Rises, CFO Resigns; Approves $200 Million Share Buyback

Accelerant (ARX) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net income late Wednesday of $0.23 per diluted share.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.18.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $248.4 million, up from $190.7 million a year earlier.
Four analysts expected $252.6 million.
The company said its Chief Financial Officer, Jay Green, will step down from his role, and Linda Huber will succeed him on March 31.
Its board also approved a share repurchase program of up to $200 million of Class A common shares.
Shares fell around 1.1% in recent after-hours trading.
