The 10,200-square-foot home in Sherman Oaks comes with luxury amenities including a game room, a full gym, sports court, and an outdoor entertaining terrace.

Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song at the Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Jan. 11, 2026.

"Home Alone" star Macaulay Culkin and longtime partner Brenda Song have reportedly splashed out $10.3 million on a new home in Los Angeles-weeks after they offloaded their sprawling Toluca Lake estate for $14.24 million.

Culkin, 45, and Song, 37, who have been in a relationship since 2017 and share two children, are said to have "scooped up" a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom abode in Sherman Oaks, Calif., according to TMZ.

The Hollywood power duo appear to have snagged quite the deal on the lavish dwelling, which was initially listed for $12.75 million in January, more than $2 million more than the final sale price.

Property records show that the purchase of the six-bedroom dwelling closed on March 6, less than one month after the sale of their former home was finalized.

The property, which was built in 1989 and spans 10,200 square feet, comes complete with an array of luxury amenities, including a game room, a full gym, sports court, and an outdoor entertaining terrace.

"Privately set behind gates on one of Longridge Estates' most desirable streets, this corner-lot residence offers both scale and warmth," the listing read.

"Encircled by mature greenery, privacy hedging, and a motor court with a three-car garage, the property establishes an immediate sense of presence, one that continues inside through its refined, contemporary interiors."

Meanwhile, the interior of the home features a chef's kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and an elegant double staircase.

The listing added, "Inside, a sweeping double staircase introduces an open, light-filled foyer leading to the formal living room. Towering ceilings and tall windows frame views of the grounds, while a bespoke wet bar connects the living and family rooms for easy entertaining."

The bedrooms come complete with their own en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets.

Elsewhere, the property features a "richly toned office with coffered ceilings and an intimate sitting lounge, a fully equipped gym, and a private theater complete with its own library nook, lounge, snack bar, and bathroom."

Outside, there is a "fireplace lounge, full kitchen/bbq and bar, and wood-fired pizza oven," as per the listing.

There is also a large, resort-style pool, spa, and bocce court.

The couple wasted no time snapping up a new home after they sold the four-bedroom, five-bathroom Toluca Lake, Calif., dwelling they purchased from fellow actor Kiefer Sutherland in 2022 for $8 million.

According to property records seen by Realtor.com, the couple made a very impressive profit on the sale of the home, which appears to have been sold in an off-market deal that closed Feb. 13.

The modern mansion, which sprawls across 4,879 square feet, was built in 1935 and sits on a 0.58-acre plot.

Because it was not officially listed, there is little information about what-if any-changes to the home were made by Culkin and Song while they lived there, and no new images of the home have been shared publicly.

Culkin, who shot to fame at the tender age of 10 when he took on the role of Kevin McCallister in the popular holiday movie franchise, is best known as one of the world's most recognizable child actors; however, in recent years he has shied away from the spotlight.

Instead of courting major movie roles, the actor has instead focused his attentions on more independent projects while also building a family with Song, whom he met in 2014.

In a previous interview with Cosmopolitan, which marked their first as a couple, Culkin and Song revealed how their relationship was born behind the walls of their homes, blossoming behind closed doors away from prying eyes and paparazzi.

For one date, Song cooked Culkin a steak dinner at home-and on another occasion, she taught him how to do his laundry. Then, one Christmas, Song invited Culkin to celebrate at her parents' home.

Culkin confessed that much of his life these days is centered around his role in the home, where he has fully embraced being a full-time father for several years, happily holding down the fort so that Song could focus on pursuing her on-screen career.

"These days, Mack seems totally happy being the homebody dad hanging with his kids, 3-year-old Dakota and 2-year-old Carson," the Cosmopolitan writer noted.

When the couple spoke to the outlet in January 2025, they noted that they had since learned to achieve more of a balance between their respective work projects and their roles as parents, doing so "without a nanny" and instead relying on Song's parents for help whenever they needed it.

The pair said that they worked hard to ensure that their private lives remain exactly that: private. In fact, Culkin said he was proud of the fact that members of the public still seemed confused about his and Song's relationship-as well as the fact that they share two children.

However, the duo explained that they had finally reached a stage where they felt ready to share more of their lives with the public-starting with their Cosmopolitan cover shoot, which Culkin convinced Song to do for the sake of their sons.

The quiet "homebody dad" life is a world away from the one that the "Home Alone" star enjoyed at the height of his fame, when he was living in an apartment in New York (which he purchased at just 19 years old), being followed by paparazzi, while his name was splashed across tabloid front pages.
