FiscalNote Holdings is partnering with a South Korean law firm to bring its U.S. policy intelligence to enterprises, law firms and government affairs professionals in Asia.
The company, which offers artificial intelligence-driven policy and regulatory intelligence, said Friday the collaboration is with D&A Advisory, the Washington, D.C.-based consulting arm of South Korea's D&A.
Under the companies' memorandum of understanding, D&A's clients will get access to FiscalNote's flagship platform. The companies have also agreed to work together on go-to-market strategies, transaction models and joint initiatives to expand the reach of U.S. policy intelligence across Asia, FiscalNote said.
The move aims to meet growing demand for insight into Washington as Korean and Asian organizations face an increasingly complex U.S. policy environment due to tariffs, supply chain legislation, AI governance frameworks and shifting trade and foreign policy priorities, FiscalNote said.
"The demand for real-time, authoritative intelligence on Washington has never been greater," FiscalNote said.
The partnership comes after FiscalNote said Thursday it would reduce its workforce by about 25% as part of an AI transformation plan. The company plans on using AI automation, offshoring and streamlining other parts of the organization as it restructures.
