当地时间4月19日，有媒体援引知情人士的话称，Alphabet旗下的谷歌正在与美国无晶圆厂半导体设计公司Marvell 洽谈开发两款新型芯片，旨在更高效地运行人工智能模型。据悉，其中一款芯片是内存处理单元，旨在与谷歌的张量处理单元(TPU)配合使用，另一款芯片是专为运行人工智能模型而打造的新型TPU。
