Electro Optic Systems 'Fully Booked' for Revenue After New Contract Win -- Market Talk
Dow Jones06-22
2226 GMT - Electro Optic Systems's latest contract win effectively means its revenue outlook is covered through FY28, says Ord Minnett. EOS has secured a US$124 million order for its Slinger Counter-Drone Remote Weapon System. It will supply the system to UAE-based Generation 5 Holding LLC. "The new contract ensures that EOS is effectively 'fully booked' with a forward order book of A$875 million which covers 100% of our anticipated revised defense segment revenues for 2HFY26, FY27 and FY28," says analyst John Lawlor. Ord Minnett lifts its price target on EOS by 4.1% to A$11.45/share, and it retains a speculative buy call. EOS ended last week at A$10.66. (david.winning@wsj.com; @dwinningWSJ)
