Walmart US COO Kieran Shanahan to Step Down, Kyle Kinnard Named as Successor

Walmart's (WMT) chief operating officer for its US operations, Kieran Shanahan, is leaving the role, with COO for Walmart International, Kyle Kinnard, taking over effective immediately, Walmart said Friday.

In an internal memo sent to MT Newswires, Walmart said that Shanahan will stay at the company as an adviser until the end of its fiscal year on Jan. 31, 2027.

Kinnard has been with the company for more than 25 years and has held leadership roles across various functions, the memo said.
