A team of former Wells Fargo Advisors financial advisors has joined &Partners, a Nashville-based wealth management firm formed by former Wells Fargo executives.
The team, which calls itself 32 North Wealth and is based in Meridian, Miss., managed $1.8 billion of client assets at Wells Fargo, according to &Partners. The advisors join &Partners as K-1 partners.
The 32 North Wealth team is led by founders M. Wade Sims, Jr., Alan Lamar, Bob Coffin, and Trey Hannah. Sims, managing director at 32 North, was ranked the No. 10 advisor in Mississippi in Barron's 2026 Top Advisor Rankings by State.
&Partners has been an active recruiter, with the former Wells team the fourth practice to join its ranks in July -- its 121st advisor practice overall. Earlier last month, &Partners recruited another Wells team, Foothills Legacy Wealth Management in Albany, N.Y. The company has practices around the country, with offices in states that include Georgia, Virginia, Nevada, Ohio, and South Carolina. As of July 31, &Partners had roughly $60 billion in assets.
A representative for Wells Fargo declined to comment. However, the company is experiencing a turnaround in recruiting financial advisors and says 2026 could be its strongest year ever. This year, Wells Fargo brought on 646 advisors from outside firms, while 524 had left through July 17, according to data from research firm AdvizorPro, which tracks advisor movement through registration records.
