智通财经APP获悉，周三，SpaceX(SPCX.US)跌8%，报115.26美元。消息面上，史上规模最大的IPO后首次解禁即将落地，约9.115亿股SpaceX内部人士持股将于8月6日(周四)解除限售，涉及市值约1160亿美元，规模之大在美股历史上前所未有。
据S3 Partners数据，目前约30%的可流通股份处于做空状态，空头账面盈利约70亿美元，做空规模甚至超过特斯拉的空头美元价值。与此同时，分阶段解禁的结构安排意味着，周四并非终点——到今年12月初，SpaceX可流通股份总量将从目前约6.39亿股骤增至53.3亿股，较现阶段增长逾七倍。
SpaceX交出了上市以来的首份季报。2026年第二季度，公司实现营收78.14亿美元，同比增长92%，高于市场预期的约69亿美元；净亏损5.41亿美元，较上年同期的10.08亿美元明显收窄。二季度AI业务资本支出约158亿美元，高于市场预期，且公司预计第三、第四季度资本支出规模将与第二季度相当，引发市场对盈利路径的担忧。
