President Donald Trump on August 13 endorsed Jeanine Driscoll, the Hempstead Town Receiver, for U.S. Representative in New York’s 4th Congressional District, praising her commitment to America First policies.
In a post on X, Trump stated that Driscoll “knows the AMERICA FIRST Policies required to Grow our Economy, Create GREAT Jobs, Cut Taxes and Regulations, Promote MADE IN THE U.S.A., and Unleash American Energy DOMINANCE.” He contrasted her with opponent Laura Gillen, accusing Gillen of opposing tax cuts on tips, overtime, and Social Security, and of supporting “massive Tax Increases, Open Borders, Men playing in Women’s Sports, and Transgender for Everybody.”
Trump highlighted Driscoll’s pledges to safeguard elections, secure the border, stop migrant crime, ensure law and order, strengthen the military and veterans, and defend the Second Amendment. He concluded with his “Complete and Total Endorsement,” stating, “She will never let you down!”
Driscoll currently serves as Receiver of Taxes in Hempstead, the largest town in the United States by population. The 4th Congressional District covers parts of Nassau County on Long Island.
