Qualitas Fiscal 2026 Normalized Earnings, Revenue Up

Qualitas (ASX:QAL) logged AU$0.147 in normalized earnings per share for the fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.123 a year ago, a late Thursday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue from ordinary activities was AU$129.6 million versus AU$109.4 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate private credit firm added.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.0775 per share, up from AU$0.075 a year earlier, payable Sept. 18 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 4.
The company expects fiscal 2027 earnings per share of AU$0.172 to AU$0.186 and net profit before tax of AU$74 million to AU$80 million.
