Globant (GLOB) has appointed Chief Revenue Officer Fernando Matzkin as chief operating officer, the company said late Thursday in a filing.
Matzkin joined the company in 2009 and has previously held roles including chief business officer and general manager for Europe, North America and the US.
Shares fell nearly 1.6% in after-hours activity.
