Charter Hall Group Fiscal 2026 Operating Earnings, Total Income Up

Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) logged AU$1.032 in post-tax operating earnings per stapled security for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.814 a year ago, a Friday filing showed.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$1.03.

For the 12 months ended June 30, total income was AU$811.3 million versus AU$672.9 million previously, the Australia-listed property group added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected net income of AU$898.3 million.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.2067 per share, up from AU$0.2195 a year earlier, payable Aug. 31 to shareholders on record as of June 30.

It expects post-tax operating earnings per security of around AU$1.14 in fiscal 2027, representing a nearly 11% growth over fiscal 2026, assuming no performance fee revenue is generated in fiscal 2027. The distribution per security guidance is for 6% growth over fiscal 2026.
