Pro Medicus' Unit Signs AU$25 Million Contract With US Health System

Pro Medicus' (ASX:PME) Visage Imaging subsidiary signed a seven-year contract with Valley Health based in Virginia worth AU$25 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The new Visage contract will be implemented in the cloud and includes the "Full Stack + 1" plus Visage 7 Cardiology Imaging, providing a unified enterprise imaging platform, and the migration of Valley Health's legacy PACS archive to Visage 7 Open Archive, the filing said.

Planning for the rollout is expected to start immediately, with the implementation slated for the first quarter of 2027, per the filing.
