The Chiba Bank Sets Terms for $300 Million Senior Unsecured Bond Issuance

The Chiba Bank (TYO:8331) has finalized the terms for its issuance of U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured bonds, set to be issued on Aug. 26.
The total issue amount is $300 million, with an annual interest rate of 4.863% and a five-year term, maturing on Aug. 26, 2031.
The bonds will be issued at 100% of face value and are scheduled for listing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance carries an A1 rating from Moody's Japan, and the proceeds from the offering will be used primarily for general corporate purposes.
