Rural Funds Group Fiscal 2026 AFFO per Unit, Revenue Up

Rural Funds Group (ASX:RFF) logged AU$0.117 in adjusted funds from operations per unit for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.115 a year ago, a Friday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue from ordinary activities from continuing operations was AU$138.5 million, which the Australia-listed agricultural real estate investment trust said was up 8% from a year earlier.
The company reported distributions per unit of AU$0.1173 for fiscal 2026, unchanged from fiscal 2025.
For fiscal 2027, it forecasts AFFO of AU$0.117 per unit and distributions of AU$0.1173 per unit.
