Arena REIT (ASX:ARF) logged AU$0.3253 in earnings per security for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.2061 a year ago, a Friday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, total income was AU$162.4 million versus AU$117.1 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.
The company expects fiscal 2027 distributions per security of not less than AU$0.18.
