Advanced Micro Devices rose by 10%, topping $1 trillion in market capitalization for the first time ever.

AI model maker Anthropic has reportedly delayed its planned initial public offering to November, later than many investors expected.

Nvidia struck a deal with Swedish autonomous-truck maker Einride to support an increase of self-driving vehicle production.

Priority Technology agreed to be taken private by an investor group led by its chair and chief executive, Thomas Priore, in a deal with an enterprise value of around $1.6 billion.
