Wilton Resources (SGX:5F7) plans to raise about $9.3 million via private placement, according to a Wednesday filing.
Proceeds will be used toward a $14.3 million settlement payment due to Karl Hoffmann Mineral, and a further $5 million from the first tranche of bond proceeds to cover the remaining balance.
Net proceeds from the convertible bonds will also be used to settle other liabilities, develop the Ciemas Gold Project in Indonesia and fund working capital.
