AIMS APAC REIT's DPU Rises in Fiscal H1; Revenue Rises

AIMS APAC REIT's (SGX:O5RU) distribution per unit or DPU rose in the fiscal first half to SG$0.0491 from SG$0.0472 a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Distribution to unitholders came in at SG$40.5 million compared with SG$38.6 million in the year-ago period.
Net property income increased to SG$75.9 million from SG$68.4 million.
For the six months ended September, gross revenue was SG$101.6 million versus SG$93.7 million a year ago, the Singapore-listed REIT, added.
