Hoe Leong's Malaysia Appeal Hearing Moved to October 2027

Hoe Leong (SGX:H20) said the Court of Appeal of Malaysia has rescheduled the hearing for its ongoing appeal against an earlier Kuala Lumpur High Court decision to Oct. 13, 2027, according to a Wednesday Singapore Exchange filing.
The appeal stems from the case of Auspicious Journey against Ebony Ritz and five others, challenging a High Court ruling dated Dec. 11, 2025. The hearing was originally set for Oct. 13, 2026, but did not proceed.
The court instead held case management on Oct. 19, 2026, and scheduled further case management for Sept. 29, 2027.
The industrial machinery and equipment company said it will provide a further update after the appeal is heard.
