ESR-REIT (SGX:9A4U) completed the sale of 30 Pioneer Road in Singapore for SG$32 million, excluding divestment costs and applicable goods and services tax.
The divestment was carried out by Perpetual (Asia), according to a Wednesday filing.
Following the sale, ESR-REIT's portfolio comprises 66 properties across Singapore, Japan and Australia, excluding 48 Pandan Road held through a joint venture.
