First Real Estate Investment Trust (SGX:AW9U) has completed the divestment of all its direct and indirect interests in the Indonesian properties covered under its divestment plan, according to a Tuesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% in Wednesday's trade.
The group completed the sale of 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of three remaining hospital target companies - NBN, BBC and MAM - on Tuesday.
The completion follows the earlier divestment in September of other hospital target companies and a non-core lease agreement, which covered the sale of eight hospital assets and three non-hospital assets in Indonesia, except for the LK Non-Core Properties and shares in NBN, BBC and MAM.
