Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) rejected media speculation about a potential takeover, confirming it has neither received nor is aware of any takeover proposal from a third party, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company confirmed that the only proposals received were the previously disclosed non-binding indicative offers from Warburg Pincus and AVID Property Group, the filing added.
