  $Sea Ltd(SE)$ Downside is limited after the recent more than 20% price drop. All negative financial news related to the surprised loss in the recently released third-quarter results are already out, so no more new surprises. Also latest US inflation data indicates that there is unlikely more FED rates hike. Just perhaps the current interest rate might stay at this elevated level throughout 2024. In my humble opinion, it will be good to slowly accumulate this counter at current price which is close its 52 weeks low. Happy investing [Cool]
